The U.S. creates over 300 million tons of garbage annually, and mismanagement of this could lead to dirtier communities, ocean pollution, and soil contamination. Due to a lack of innovations, many businesses have been dealing with manual processes, paper records, and legacy software. These inefficiencies also cause longer routes, higher fuel costs, billing errors, delayed payments, etc.
Hauler Hero utilizes AI and cloud-based tech to help waste haulers improve operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. And the company’s platform automates invoicing, routing, dispatch, and customer engagement. This results in over 14 hours saved per week by office employees while driving significant improvements in cash collection, customer churn, and client satisfaction. Hauler Hero serves residential, commercial, government, and industrial haulers, including major institutions like Verizon, Wells Fargo, McDonald’s, UPS, PG&E, US Army, and Marriott.
