Haven Capital Partners, in partnership with Altaline Capital Management, has announced the formation of Saratoga Compliance Solutions, a next-generation insurance compliance platform created through the merger of 3H Compliance Group (3HCG) and National Licensing Compliance Group (NLCG). The new company will provide one of the most comprehensive compliance software and service suites in the insurance industry, serving more than 300 combined clients across the United States.
Headquartered in Saratoga Springs, New York, Saratoga Compliance Solutions will be led by Gary Harker, the Founder and CEO of 3HCG, who will oversee the integration and future growth of the combined organization. As part of the transaction, Cameron Parker, Operating Chairman of OneShield, and Phil Reynolds, Founder and Chairman of BriteCore, have joined the company’s Board of Directors.
The newly formed Saratoga platform is designed to address the increasingly complex regulatory environment faced by insurance carriers, distributors, and service providers. By integrating the strengths of both 3HCG and NLCG, Saratoga offers solutions in entity management, license management, surplus lines filings, and infraction management, allowing clients to streamline compliance operations, reduce regulatory risk, and enhance efficiency.
