Haven Tower Group announced that it has promoted Mitch Manning to Chief Engagement Officer and Partner and appointed Grant Cox as Principal.
The appointments reflect the firm’s continued growth and strengthen its client engagement, strategic communications, and media relations capabilities.
Haven Tower is a full-service strategic communications firm focused exclusively on the wealth management industry. The firm provides public relations, transactional and crisis communications, digital marketing, and strategic brand communications.
The firm serves a national client base that includes RIAs, dual-registrants, private market solutions providers, technology platforms, and other wealth management enterprises.
Manning’s promotion reflects nearly a decade of leadership at Haven Tower. During that time, he has helped drive client success, expand the firm’s national media presence, improve internal operations, and recruit and mentor team members.
Manning has more than 15 years of communications and public relations experience. In his new role, he will continue managing client accounts, advising on messaging strategy and media visibility, and leading broader engagement initiatives, including industry conferences and events.
Cox joins Haven Tower with more than 20 years of marketing and communications leadership experience, including 14 years in the wealth management industry.
As Principal, Cox will serve in account leadership and senior advisory roles, helping develop communications strategies, manage client relationships, and execute media relations initiatives.
Most recently, Cox served as Executive Director and Head of Marketing Communications at Atria Wealth Solutions, where he led internal and external communications, public relations, content strategy, and digital marketing across the firm’s multi-entity platform.
At Atria, Cox helped lead communications strategy, messaging, and stakeholder outreach for several major acquisitions and the company’s announced sale to LPL Financial.
Haven Tower said the leadership moves support the firm’s next stage of expansion as it continues adding experienced professionals who understand the wealth management market.
