HCLSoftware To Acquire Robotiq.ai To Expand Agentic Automation Platform

HCLSoftware has agreed to acquire Robotiq.ai, adding enterprise robotic process automation capabilities to its HCL UnO Agentic platform. The transaction is expected to close in November 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Zagreb, Croatia-based Robotiq.ai develops an enterprise RPA platform used by large banks, insurance companies and telecommunications providers.

HCLSoftware plans to use Robotiq.ai’s technology to extend AI-driven workflows into enterprise applications where APIs are unavailable or insufficient.

The combination is intended to allow AI systems not only to reason and orchestrate workflows but also to execute tasks within existing enterprise software environments.

Robotiq.ai’s platform includes ISO-certified security, audit logs and multiple deployment options designed for regulated and large enterprise customers.

HCL UnO Agentic is HCLSoftware’s agentic AI platform for coordinating AI agents and enterprise applications.

The acquisition is designed to connect orchestration and decision-making with robotic process execution across more complete business workflows.
