The transaction, managed by Winterberg Advisory GmbH and KKA Partners, marks another strategic expansion for Healthcare Holding Schweiz as it deepens its service capabilities across the Swiss and European healthcare ecosystem.
QUNIQUE, headquartered in Wohlen, supports manufacturers, importers, distributors, hospitals, and suppliers in ensuring compliance with both Swiss and European regulatory frameworks. The company also acts as CH-REP and CH-Importer for numerous international medical device manufacturers, while its German subsidiary serves as EU-REP and EU-Importer. Following the transaction, QUNIQUE’s founder, Angelina Hakim, will remain an integral part of the leadership team and will continue to guide QUNIQUE’s independent operations under the Healthcare Holding Schweiz umbrella.
