Pantera Capital led the funding round with participation from Sparkle Ventures, Diagram Ventures, and Sfermion. Key executives with a traditional studio background, including Scopely and SciPlay, have participated in the round, including Spencer Tucker, Damon Gura, and Marc Alloul.
This funding round will accelerate the launch of Helika’s AI-powered Game Management products to help studios drive profitable user acquisition, retention, engagement, and ultimately higher profits for both traditional and web3 games. And Helika provides an end-to-end suite of products focusing on advanced off-chain and on-chain analytics, web2 and web3 attribution, along with LiveOps and A/B testing products to drive studios’ profitability.
Helika’s revenue quickly surpassed seven figures in under a year, propelled by a robust product-market fit and ambitious product expansions, following a $4 million seed round led by Diagram Ventures in Q1 2023. With 35+ years in gaming, analytics, and AI, Helika’s founding team, including Anton Umnov, Lucas Fulks, and Cori Crohman, is well-equipped to deliver the best in class products and services for the gaming industry as a whole.
