Hello Haven Raises $15 Million Pre-Seed Round To Launch Digital Twin Platform

Hello Haven, a personal AI company founded by serial entrepreneur Frank Addante and Duc Chau, has emerged from stealth with a $15 million pre-seed funding round led by Mayfield and launched an AI platform designed to give users persistent personal digital twins.

The company’s core product, Haven, builds a private memory graph around an individual user and learns that person’s preferences, relationships, history, decisions and boundaries over time.

Unlike an AI assistant that primarily responds to individual prompts, Hello Haven is positioning the product as a persistent digital representation capable of remembering context and completing tasks on a user’s behalf.

Haven can operate across phone calls, text messages, email, voice interactions, the web and its own application.

Potential tasks include preparing daily briefings, triaging email, sending follow-ups, processing returns, placing orders and making phone calls. Users can also create recurring autonomous workflows through natural-language instructions.

Since beginning its private beta roughly a month before the announcement, users have interacted with their Havens more than 2 million times.

The company’s architecture separates a user’s personal context from any individual AI model.

A private memory graph feeds a personalized orchestration layer that maintains identity, permissions, intent, memory and judgment and then selects the model or combination of models and tools needed to execute a particular task.

Hello Haven said the platform draws on more than 500 AI models and over 100 app integrations. User information is stored within a private personal memory graph that the company says is controlled by the individual.

Memory and context also persist across interfaces, allowing someone to begin an interaction through one channel and continue it through another.

Hello Haven plans to introduce a developer platform that will allow developers to create both code and no-code applications that connect with a user’s digital twin.

The company ultimately wants Haven to be portable across applications and devices, including televisions, automobiles, connected devices and robotics.

Haven is available through the web as well as iPhone and Android applications.

KEY QUOTES:

“Haven is your true digital twin. While a personal assistant knows what you asked it to do, Haven knows what you would do and proactively does it for you. Your Haven remembers the choices you have made and the boundaries you have set, so it can act without asking you to start over each time.”

Frank Addante, Founder and CEO of Hello Haven

“The first wave of AI gave us chatbots that could answer almost any question. The next wave will know you, remember what matters, and do the work. Personal AI that works persistently for you is the ultimate AI product.”

Navin Chaddha, Managing Partner at Mayfield

“The interface will keep changing. A person’s context should not have to. You’ll be able to sign in with Haven, and your memory, your permissions, and your judgment come with you.”

Duc Chau, Co-Founder of Hello Haven
