The Hershey Company has named Dave Hulays as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 2, 2026, succeeding Steve Voskuil as the company executes a planned finance leadership transition.
Hulays most recently served as Senior Vice President, Finance and brings nearly 30 years of financial leadership experience across Hershey and Procter & Gamble.
He joined Hershey in 2012 as Vice President of Finance, Canada, and has subsequently held broader responsibilities spanning the company’s U.S. and international businesses, Global Supply Chain, Growth Office, M&A, corporate financial planning and analysis, Finance Strategy, Global Tax & Treasury, and Enterprise Transformation.
Before joining Hershey, Hulays spent 15 years at Procter & Gamble, working across commercial finance, supply chain, strategy and FP&A, global business development and global business services.
Voskuil, who has led Hershey’s finance organization for the past seven years, plans to retire in early 2027.
He will transition into the role of Senior Vice President, Strategic Projects, where he will work on priorities for Hershey’s CEO and Board while supporting the handoff to Hulays.
Hulays holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from York University’s Schulich School of Business.
