Hexaware Technologies announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Consulting Professionals Services Holdings Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary Consulting Professionals Services Limited (CPS). The transaction is expected to close within two weeks.
Primarily operating in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, CPS is a specialist technology consulting and professional services firm focused on regulatory compliance, technology infrastructure, governance and risk, and business transformation services for an FTSE 100 client. Hexaware already maintains an existing relationship with the client and is one of its leading IT service providers. The acquisition is expected to help consolidate client spending and strengthen Hexaware’s strategic position within the client’s supplier ecosystem.
The company said the acquisition also supports its broader strategy of becoming a trusted AI and cloud transformation partner for financial institutions and enterprise organizations. CPS will add consulting and advisory expertise along with local and global delivery capabilities that Hexaware believes will support expansion across large enterprise accounts.
Hexaware noted that the acquisition strengthens its delivery footprint and workforce capabilities in the UAE and UK while enhancing its consulting depth in areas including program assurance and cloud engineering.
