Hexaware, a global technology and business process services company, announced significant enhancements to Agentverse, its enterprise AI agent platform, adding new governance, development, and lifecycle management capabilities designed to help organizations deploy and scale AI with greater confidence.
The updates come just months after Agentverse launched in March and are aimed at addressing common enterprise challenges around AI adoption, including secure scaling, governance, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. The platform is designed to help organizations move beyond AI experimentation and pilot programs toward enterprise-wide deployment and measurable outcomes.
Agentverse is built on three foundational layers that support the development, deployment, and management of AI agents across the enterprise.
The platform now includes a secure and scalable infrastructure layer featuring policy-aware connectors that integrate with enterprise systems while embedding governance and compliance controls. It also offers advanced memory and contextual intelligence capabilities to improve agent decision-making, along with built-in transparency and governance features such as role-based access controls, audit trails, and observability dashboards.
Hexaware also introduced Agentic Studios, a guided development environment designed to simplify the AI agent creation process. The solution provides a six-stage workflow consisting of Define, Design, Approve, Test, Deploy, and Operate, helping organizations build, validate, deploy, and optimize AI agents. Agentic Studios is compatible with major cloud infrastructures, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, enabling enterprises to accelerate development cycles while maintaining compliance requirements.
Another key enhancement is AI Agent Lifecycle Management, which provides governance throughout the lifespan of AI agents. The capability is intended to ensure agents remain accountable, compliant, and aligned with evolving business objectives from deployment through retirement.
According to Hexaware, these enhancements are designed to help enterprises establish long-term trust in AI systems while maintaining flexibility as business and technology requirements evolve.
