Highline Warren plans to invest $170 million in a new logistics and operations center in McDonough, Georgia, creating 160 jobs in Henry County through a multi-year development project.
The automotive aftermarket and cleaning products company will establish the facility at 830 Highway 42 South in the former Zinus building. The property spans more than 1.1 million square feet and will become a central component of Highline Warren’s North American operations network.
Operations are expected to begin in late 2026. The company plans to begin hiring later this year for positions supporting logistics, distribution, operations and related functions.
Highline Warren will equip the facility with advanced infrastructure and technology designed to improve product availability, delivery speed, operating consistency and customer service.
The company expects the McDonough location to support reliable delivery to approximately 95% of the U.S. population within two days.
Highline Warren said the facility’s location provides strong connections to highways, customers and global markets. It also gives the company access to its first East Coast port of entry, which is expected to simplify its supply chain and improve the movement of products across the country.
The building is being designed to accommodate future operational expansion as customer demand and business requirements evolve.
Highline Warren manufactures, sources and distributes maintenance and cleaning products for automotive, residential, commercial and industrial applications.
Its portfolio includes more than 30,000 consumable products, including automotive fluids, filters, chemicals and cleaning solutions.
The company serves more than 10,000 customers and provides products from over 400 national, company-owned and private-label brands.
Highline Warren also serves as a manufacturing partner for major North American retailers.
The company currently operates 21 distribution and manufacturing facilities across North America and employs more than 1,700 people.
The McDonough project is intended to add capacity in a strategically important region while strengthening Highline Warren’s broader manufacturing and distribution network.
The company believes the investment will improve its ability to respond to customers, maintain high product fill rates and deliver products more efficiently.
McDonough is located in Henry County, southeast of Atlanta, with access to major transportation infrastructure and a growing logistics and industrial employment base.
State and local officials highlighted Georgia’s highway, rail and port infrastructure as factors supporting the investment.
The Port of Savannah provides Georgia businesses with access to international shipping routes and has become an important component of the state’s manufacturing, distribution and logistics economy.
Highline Warren said the region’s workforce and transportation connections will help support its long-term growth plans.
The investment also strengthens Georgia’s broader automotive industry, which includes vehicle manufacturing, parts suppliers, logistics providers and companies offering products and services used to maintain vehicles.
State officials said the project reflects Georgia’s ability to support companies throughout the automotive supply chain, including businesses serving traditional, hybrid and electric vehicles.
The Georgia Department of Economic Development worked on the project with the Henry County Development Authority, Georgia EMC and the Metro Atlanta Chamber.
Highline Warren’s new facility is expected to contribute to economic activity in Henry County while creating employment opportunities closer to home for local residents.
