HighPoint, a provider of modern networking and cybersecurity solutions, announced it has acquired CloudView Partners, a specialized cloud consulting firm. The transaction marks a strategic step in HighPoint’s evolution toward becoming a comprehensive digital transformation partner.
The deal integrates CloudView’s expertise in cloud migration, modernization, managed services, and automation into HighPoint’s portfolio. CloudView brings deep experience across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AWS environments, strengthening HighPoint’s ability to support enterprises migrating complex workloads to hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.
As organizations increasingly build digital experiences and AI-driven platforms on distributed cloud environments, demand has grown for platform engineering, automation, and full-stack infrastructure capabilities. HighPoint said the acquisition positions the combined organization to deliver end-to-end solutions spanning networking, cybersecurity, cloud architecture, and infrastructure modernization.
CloudView founder Sanjay Maljure will join HighPoint as Global Vice President of Digital Solutions. The integration of teams and services is already underway, with a focus on delivering unified hybrid-cloud offerings to enterprise customers worldwide.
