Hightouch, a leading data and AI agent platform for marketers, has announced new investments from Snowflake Ventures and Capital One Ventures, extending its oversubscribed Series C round.
This funding underscores the growing momentum behind agentic AI as the future of marketing technology, positioning Hightouch as a leader in this space.
Last year, Hightouch launched AI Decisioning, the first agentic AI product for lifecycle marketing. These AI agents personalize messaging and channel decisions for each customer, and companies like WHOOP and Fundrise have adopted the technology to enhance learning, speed up campaigns, and increase engagement and sales.
By embedding learning and execution in the AI Data Cloud, Hightouch enables marketers to collaborate with AI agents that adapt in real time, reducing manual bottlenecks. The new capital will fuel further research and development to expand Hightouch’s suite of agents for more marketing use cases.
As enterprises increasingly move toward warehouse-native architectures, Hightouch customers are leveraging Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud through the Hightouch Composable CDP. This partnership aims to empower marketers with modern, data-driven solutions for executing efficient campaigns.
