Hightower Signature Wealth Adds $5+ Billion In AUM From Three Advisory Practices

Hightower Advisors announced the continued expansion of Hightower Signature Wealth with the addition of Private Vista, Hightower Great Lakes, and The McGuirk & De Nevi Group. Collectively, the three advisory practices add approximately $5 billion in AUM.

The additions also bring 6 locations and more than 40 new team members to Hightower Signature Wealth. Hightower said the expansion strengthens the platform’s national presence and enhances its ability to serve clients through a unified wealth management model.

Launched in 2025, Hightower Signature Wealth combines personalized advice with centralized capabilities across investment management, operations, technology, compliance, marketing, and client service. The model is designed to help advisors spend more time focused on clients while benefiting from the scale and resources of a larger organization.

The addition of the three practices continues Hightower Signature Wealth’s momentum as advisors seek scalable solutions that support growth while preserving local client relationships. Year to date, the firm has added more than $25 billion in AUM from internal and external acquisitions into the Hightower Signature Wealth brand.

Private Vista said joining Hightower Signature Wealth represents a natural evolution of its long-standing partnership with Hightower. Hightower Great Lakes pointed to the Hightower One integrated platform as a key factor in its decision, while McGuirk & De Nevi said the model provides resources for continued growth while maintaining a personalized client experience.

Following these additions, Hightower Signature Wealth now includes approximately $35 billion in AUM. The platform also has more than 140 advisors and over 40 locations nationwide.

Hightower expects to announce additional acquisitions into Hightower Signature Wealth in the coming months. The company said the continued growth of the platform reflects demand for a wealth management model that combines local relationships with institutional-quality capabilities.
