Hilco Global has appointed Andrew Hede as Vice Chairman of Hilco Global Professional Services, adding a restructuring and transformation executive with more than 30 years of experience.
Hede will report to David Kurtz, CEO of Hilco Global Professional Services and Vice Chairman of Hilco Global.
He will focus on growing the professional services platform, originating revenue opportunities and connecting clients with capabilities across Hilco Global.
Hede most recently served as President, Business Transformation & Transactions at Accordion, where he led turnaround and restructuring, performance improvement, transaction services and interim leadership practices.
Earlier, he was Partner and U.S. Head of Restructuring at McKinsey & Company and held senior roles at EY, Alvarez & Marsal, FTI Consulting and Arthur Andersen.
Across his career, Hede has advised companies, creditors and investors through restructuring, transactions and operational transformations.
He has also served in interim CEO, President, Chief Restructuring Officer and Chief Transformation Officer positions.
