Hims & Hers International Revenue Grows More Than 17-Fold As It Builds Doctor-Led AI Clinical Engine

Hims & Hers Health reported a sharp acceleration in its international business during the second quarter of 2026 as the telehealth company expands globally and increases its use of AI throughout its healthcare platform.

International revenue reached $131.4 million in Q2, compared with $7.5 million a year earlier, an increase of 1,641%. The international expansion was strengthened by the closing of the Eucalyptus acquisition in June. U.S. revenue increased 16% to $621.8 million.

Total revenue increased 38% to $753.2 million, while subscribers grew 19% to nearly 2.9 million. Monthly revenue per average subscriber increased 21% to $92. Hims & Hers raised full-year revenue guidance to between $3.1 billion and $3.3 billion.

Management is also positioning AI as a central piece of its healthcare model. CEO Andrew Dudum described Hims & Hers as rebuilding the consumer health experience around a doctor-led AI clinical engine. CFO Yemi Okupe said investments in AI and technology are generating efficiencies that could help make more comprehensive care affordable while supporting broader international expansion.

The growth is being accompanied by near-term margin pressure. Gross margin declined to 64% from 76% a year ago, adjusted EBITDA fell to $60.3 million from $82.2 million, and the company recorded a net loss of $86.3 million.
