Hitachi Solutions today announced the appointment of Roger Lvin as Chief Executive Officer and President, effective immediately, as the company looks to accelerate its global digital transformation strategy and deepen its enterprise partnerships.
Lvin brings more than 20 years of experience building high-performance organizations and scaling technology-led consulting businesses. He is widely recognized as a global transformation leader with a strong track record of helping enterprises convert digital innovation into measurable business outcomes.
Prior to this role, Lvin served as Founding CEO of Hitachi Digital Services, where he built the organization from the ground up and led its strategy, growth, and positioning as a leader in digital transformation and IT/OT convergence. Under his leadership, the business developed strong credibility among global enterprises seeking to modernize operations, accelerate innovation, and drive sustainable growth.
Earlier in his career, Lvin held senior leadership roles at Cognizant, including leading its Digital Operations business and scaling it into a multibillion-dollar global organization.
As CEO, Lvin will focus on strengthening Hitachi Solutions’ position as a trusted partner for large-scale digital transformation. The company plans to expand its global footprint, deepen its collaboration with Microsoft through its exclusive partnership, and enhance coordination across the broader Hitachi Group under the “True One Hitachi” initiative. The strategy includes continued investment in Microsoft’s AI-enabled cloud, data platforms, and business applications to deliver transformation at scale.
