Holand Automotive Group has acquired a select portion of John Scotti Leasing’s portfolio through a court-supervised receivership process as the company expands its ultra-luxury leasing platform.
The transaction was completed through Holand Leasing and specifically targets leases aligned with Holand’s existing ultra-luxury customer base and vehicle portfolio.
Rather than acquiring the entire John Scotti Leasing portfolio, Holand worked with the receiver to select assets that fit its business model, customer profile, and represented vehicle marques. The remainder of the portfolio continues to be managed through the receivership process.
Holand plans to maintain existing lease arrangements for acquired customers while integrating them into its broader full-service leasing platform.
The company’s leasing operations span vehicle acquisition and financing through lease renewal across luxury and ultra-luxury automotive brands.
Senior Vice President Janet Cully will direct the integration, while Head of Leasing Operations Viki Forese will manage day-to-day implementation alongside Executive Vice President Meir Bitton.
The transaction follows Holand’s broader strategy of making selective acquisitions aligned with its premium automotive customer base.
Holand’s dealership portfolio includes Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, McLaren, Aston Martin, Maserati, Lotus, BMW, and MINI locations across Canada, the U.S., and Europe.
