Holley Performance Brands has announced the acquisition of HRX, an Italy-based motorsports racewear brand, as part of its strategy to expand its Safety and Racing portfolio and strengthen its presence in European motorsports. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

HRX is known for its technical racewear, customization capabilities, and strong relationships within the motorsports community, particularly in karting and competitive racing. The company operates from near Turin and serves a global customer base ranging from professional racing teams to grassroots participants.

The acquisition enhances Holley’s existing lineup of safety-focused brands, which includes Simpson, Stilo, HANS, and RaceQuip. By integrating HRX, Holley adds specialized racewear capabilities to its portfolio while expanding its footprint across European racing circuits and international markets.

Holley continues to pursue growth through strategic acquisitions, aligning with its broader goal of becoming a leading provider of automotive performance solutions across multiple enthusiast segments, including American performance, modern truck and off-road, Euro and import, and safety and racing.
