Holley Performance Brands announced the appointment of Sarah Apple as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, effective immediately. The Nashville-based automotive aftermarket company said Apple will join the senior leadership team and oversee the company’s legal function, including corporate and board governance, regulatory matters, strategic transactions and business operations.

Apple joins Holley with significant experience advising public-company leadership teams on governance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and operational matters. Most recently, she served as Associate General Counsel at REV Group, where she led initiatives related to SEC reporting and M&A transactions. Before that, Apple held leadership positions at Regal Rexnord Corporation, supporting senior executives on global operational matters, compliance programs, SEC reporting, board governance and strategic transactions.

Holley said Apple succeeds Carly Kennedy, who departed the company after serving as EVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. The company noted that Kennedy worked closely with Apple to help ensure a smooth leadership transition and continuity of responsibilities.

Holley Performance Brands, which trades on the NYSE under the ticker HLLY, owns a portfolio of automotive aftermarket brands serving enthusiasts across categories including American Performance, Modern Truck & Off-Road, Euro & Import, and Safety & Racing.
