Honeywell announced the appointment of Jill Evanko as an independent member of its Board of Directors and as a member of the Audit Committee, effective immediately. Evanko currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Duravant and brings more than 25 years of experience across the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Following the planned June 29, 2026 spin-off of Honeywell’s Aerospace business, several current directors are expected to join the board of Honeywell Aerospace. Evanko is expected to remain on the Honeywell Board alongside Chairman and CEO Vimal Kapur and other current directors.
Before joining Duravant in January 2026, Evanko spent nearly a decade at Chart Industries, most recently serving as President and CEO. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership positions at Truck-Lite, Dover Corporation and its subsidiaries, Arthur Andersen, Honeywell, and Sony Corporation. She also currently serves as an independent director at Greif and sits on the board of the National Association of Manufacturers.
Evanko holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from La Salle University.
