Honeywell Technologies has completed the sale of its Warehouse and Workflow Solutions business to American Industrial Partners in an all-cash transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The business will continue operating commercially through the Intelligrated and Transnorm brands.
Warehouse and Workflow Solutions provides automation technologies used to move, sort and manage products within warehouses, distribution centers and other logistics facilities.
The divestiture advances Honeywell Technologies’ strategy of concentrating on automation systems for buildings, industrial facilities and process industries. The company is positioning its portfolio around the longer-term transition from conventional automation toward systems capable of making and executing more decisions autonomously.
The transaction follows the June 2026 separation of Honeywell Aerospace into an independent publicly traded company. Honeywell Technologies also spun off Solstice Advanced Materials in October 2025.
Since 2023, the company has completed approximately $11.5 billion of acquisitions, including Compressor Controls Corporation, SCADAfence, Sundyne, Li-ion Tamer and Johnson Matthey’s Catalyst Technologies business.
Honeywell Technologies also divested its Personal Protective Equipment business during 2025 and expects to complete the sale of its Productivity Solutions and Services business in early August 2026.
