Honigman announced that Alexander Moss and Injune Park have joined the firm’s nationally recognized Private Equity Practice within its Corporate Department, further expanding its growing Chicago office. Moss and Park become the seventh and eighth partners to join the firm this year and follow George Stowe, who also joined from Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff last fall.
Both attorneys are based in Chicago and bring significant experience advising corporate and private equity clients on strategic transactions across a range of industries.
Moss focuses on a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, proprietary and auction sales, restructurings, control and minority investments, and joint ventures. He primarily represents middle-market private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as independent sponsors and public and private companies in strategic M&A and equity matters. Moss also advises clients on corporate governance, organizational, and operational issues.
Park concentrates on private equity transactions, business mergers and acquisitions, and sale transactions. He has represented middle-market private equity funds, independent sponsors, portfolio companies, and public and privately held companies in transactions ranging from less than $10 million to more than $10 billion in enterprise value. Park also provides counsel on a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters.
Honigman’s Private Equity Practice is consistently ranked among the top 10 nationally by PitchBook. The firm’s Corporate Department advised on more than $42 billion in deal value from 2024 to 2025.
