Horizon Technology Finance announced it has provided a delayed draw senior credit facility of up to $25 million to Stellar Cyber to support continued growth.

Stellar Cyber offers an AI-native, open, and unified security operations platform designed to help organizations detect and respond to cyber threats more efficiently. The platform consolidates security data into a single environment and integrates with more than 500 third-party security tools, serving managed security service providers and enterprise security teams.

Through its MSSP partner network, Stellar Cyber’s platform supports more than 14,000 organizations across over 50 countries. The company is backed by investors including Highland Capital Partners, Susquehanna Ventures, and Valley Capital Partners.

Horizon said the financing aligns with its strategy of providing growth capital to high-performing technology companies with strong market momentum and scalable business models. The credit facility is expected to support Stellar Cyber’s product development and market expansion efforts as it continues to scale its AI-driven security platform.
