Hosts Global has named Marti Winer as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2026, as the destination management company positions itself for continued growth and international expansion.
Winer succeeds Kurt Paben, who will transition to the role of Vice Chair before retiring at the end of 2026.
Hosts Global operates owned destination management businesses across North America and maintains a global alliance spanning more than 450 destinations worldwide.
Winer currently serves as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Hosts West and joined the company in 2025.
She brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning destination management, hospitality, experiential marketing and live events.
Before Hosts, Winer led the reopening of Casa Bonita in Colorado. She previously served as Vice President of Event Productions at MGM Resorts International, where she oversaw more than 2,200 events annually, and earlier held leadership roles at Wyndham Worldwide.
Hosts said the planned leadership transition is intended to maintain momentum while prioritizing client experience, partnerships, innovation and career development across the organization.
