HousingWire Acquires Keeping Current Matters, Bringing Local Market Intelligence Into Tools Used By Real Estate Agents

HousingWire announced the acquisition of Keeping Current Matters (KCM), adding the real estate marketing and education platform to HousingWire Solutions and expanding its capabilities with more localized housing market intelligence designed to help agents win listings and strengthen client relationships.

KCM, which provides charts, presentations, scripts, and marketing content for real estate professionals, will become part of HousingWire Solutions alongside Altos and RealTrends under the leadership of Executive Vice President Mark Adams. The integration will allow agents to access more timely and market-specific information within the tools they already use to educate clients and conduct listing presentations.

HousingWire Data already powers KCM Local, which delivers property-level market intelligence within the platform. Following the acquisition, HousingWire plans to further enhance KCM’s content, presentations, and scripts with additional local market insights to help agents translate data into more effective conversations with buyers and sellers.

The transaction marks HousingWire’s fifth acquisition since 2020 and further expands its platform serving professionals across the real estate, mortgage, and homebuilding industries.

Monhegan Partners LLC and Newport LLC served as transaction advisers, and The Miller Law Firm PLLC acted as legal counsel to Keeping Current Matters.
