HR Path announced the acquisition of TEC360 People as part of its strategy to strengthen its footprint in Latin America.
Based in Paris, HR Path operates in 29 countries with more than 2,600 professionals and provides advisory, implementation, and operations services focused on HR transformation. Founded in 2001, the company supports organizations with HR consulting and HRIS solutions designed to improve operational efficiency and drive growth.
Founded in 2014 as a subsidiary of TEC360 Group, TEC360 People has developed expertise in licensing and implementation services that help organizations maximize returns from their talent management solutions. The company is particularly known for its capabilities in Cornerstone and SAP Incentive Management solutions.
The acquisition follows HR Path’s 2024 acquisition of PayHuman in Mexico and represents another step in the company’s expansion strategy across Latin America. HR Path said the deal will strengthen its ability to support clients throughout the HR transformation lifecycle in the region while adding TEC360 People’s specialized expertise to its broader global platform.
According to the companies, TEC360 People’s experience with Cornerstone and SAP Incentive Management complements HR Path’s global service offerings and long-term strategic objectives. The combined organization is expected to enhance service capabilities for clients throughout the region while creating additional growth opportunities for employees.
