HR Path has merged its operations with Enforce, a Dallas-based HRIS specialist known for its expertise in Dayforce, in a move the companies said will strengthen HR Path’s Dayforce capabilities across North America and broaden its ability to support customers from advisory through managed services.
HR Path, which provides HR consulting, digital transformation, and payroll outsourcing services, said the combination adds dedicated Dayforce capacity in the U.S. market while complementing its existing Dayforce presence in the UK and Ireland. The company operates in 28 countries and employs more than 2,500 professionals, and positions itself as a partner for organizations seeking to modernize HR operating models across advisory, implementation, and operational support.
Enforce, headquartered in Dallas, brings a team of 38 Dayforce subject matter experts and a portfolio of primarily North American clients. The firm focuses exclusively on the Dayforce platform and offers implementation, optimization, post-go-live support, and outsourced administration services. The companies said Enforce’s team is vertically integrated across Dayforce functional domains, enabling end-to-end delivery for organizations deploying or expanding the HR and payroll suite.
HR Path said the merger is a strategic step in its North American growth plan and further deepens its Dayforce ecosystem capabilities, noting it has been building expertise around the platform—formerly known as Ceridian—and has expanded that footprint through its acquisition of ClearCourse. With the addition of Enforce, HR Path said it will also be able to offer payroll outsourcing services in the U.S. on Dayforce, extending beyond its existing SAP-based payroll outsourcing offerings.
As part of the transaction, Enforce CEO and co-founder Michael McKay was appointed an HR Path Partner. The companies said the combined organization will aim to accelerate growth in Dayforce services and deliver broader coverage across the HR value chain, spanning strategy and advisory, system implementation, optimization, and ongoing managed services.
