HR consulting and HRIS solutions company HR Path announced the acquisition of TEC360 People, strengthening its presence in Latin America and expanding its regional HR transformation capabilities.
Founded in 2001, HR Path operates in 29 countries with more than 2,600 professionals. The company provides advisory, implementation, and operations services designed to help organizations manage complex HR transformation initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
TEC360 People, a subsidiary of TEC360 Group, was founded in 2014 and specializes in HR technology licensing and implementation services. The company is known for its expertise in Cornerstone and SAP Incentive Management solutions, helping organizations improve returns on their talent management investments.
The acquisition marks another step in HR Path’s expansion strategy in Latin America following its acquisition of PayHuman in Mexico in 2024. The company said the transaction strengthens its ability to support clients throughout the full HR transformation lifecycle across the region.
HR Path noted that TEC360 People’s expertise in Cornerstone and SAP Incentive Management complements the company’s existing global capabilities and strategic vision.
