HrFlow.ai, an artificial intelligence platform focused on human resources data, announced that it has raised $7 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by 115K and EmergingTech Ventures, with participation from a group of prominent existing investors. The funding brings the company’s total capital raised to $10 million and will be used to accelerate global expansion and product development.
The company is positioning itself as a foundational infrastructure layer for the labor market, aiming to address increasing complexity driven by scale, fragmentation, and the growing volume of data across hiring ecosystems. HrFlow.ai is focused on building what it describes as “Hiring SuperIntelligence,” designed to augment human decision-making rather than replace it.
HrFlow.ai plans to use the new capital to expand its commercial presence in the United States, where it has been active since 2022, while strengthening its footprint across Europe, including the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, and Italy. The company is also preparing to launch the next generation of its AI platform to further accelerate the adoption of AI across HR systems.
Founded in 2016 by researchers from École Normale Supérieure and École Polytechnique, HrFlow.ai has developed an API-first platform that integrates with a wide range of HR technologies, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, and human capital management platforms. This architecture is designed to enable interoperability across the broader HR ecosystem, including employers, staffing firms, recruiting agencies, and public employment services.
The platform is built around three core components: Data Studio, which aggregates and orchestrates HR data across more than 200 integrations; AI Studio, which applies explainable AI to structure and enrich candidate and job data; and App Studio, which enables the creation of AI-driven workflows and custom interfaces.
HrFlow.ai’s technology is already used by a wide range of organizations, including staffing agencies, recruiting firms, job platforms, large enterprises, and public sector institutions. In 2025, the company processed more than 50 million candidate profiles and career paths, reflecting significant scale in its data infrastructure.
With a team of 35 employees, including a large proportion of researchers and engineers, the company combines expertise in artificial intelligence, software engineering, and labor market dynamics. Team members bring experience from organizations such as Facebook, BCG, CERN, Accenture, and Deloitte.
HrFlow.ai is focused on addressing two major challenges in the labor market: limited access to employment opportunities in developing regions and the inability of recruiters in developed economies to efficiently process large volumes of data. By building AI infrastructure that connects fragmented systems and enhances decision-making, the company aims to create a more efficient and equitable global labor market.
KEY QUOTES:
“HrFlow.ai was born from a conviction: the labor market is now too complex to be managed effectively by human intelligence alone.
In the Global South, the core problem is access. Millions of people are denied access to work not because they lack ability, but because the road to opportunity has been closed, broken, or hidden from them. In developed economies, the problem is different: opportunity exists, but recruiters are overwhelmed by scale, speed, and complexity, and millions of opportunities are missed because human decision-making cannot keep pace. Two different realities. One shared conclusion: we need a new infrastructure for the labor market.
I came to understand the first reality growing up in Mauritania, a Sub-Saharan African country where unemployment exceeds 80% and 65% of the population is under 15. I came to understand the second while studying mathematics and AI in France at École Centrale Paris and École Normale Supérieure. That contrast clarified my mission.
I founded HrFlow.ai to build safe Hiring SuperIntelligence as infrastructure for the future of work: helping recruiters make better, faster decisions at scale, while expanding access to opportunity where it remains out of reach. Our mission is to help create, alongside the actors of the labor market, a job market that is more fluid, more fair, and better able to connect human potential with real economic opportunity.”
