HubSpot Launches New Breeze Assistant, Self-Updating Smart CRM, And Marketing Studio In Major AI Platform Expansion

HubSpot has unveiled one of its largest product updates in years, introducing a redesigned Breeze Assistant, a self-updating Smart CRM, Context Home, Marketing Studio, and expanded AI-powered sales and revenue capabilities as the company reorganizes its platform around what it calls “Growth Context.”

The Fall 2026 Spotlight release is designed to give HubSpot’s AI systems a continuously updated understanding of a company’s customers, employees and business activities so agents can take actions using information already stored across the CRM.

HubSpot said customers using its platform generate nearly 3.6 times more marketing-qualified leads, win 3.2 times more deals and close more than twice as many support tickets, metrics the company attributes to having business and customer context connected in one system.

At the center of the release is an overhauled Breeze Assistant.

Instead of primarily functioning as a conversational tool that answers questions, the new version can take a user’s natural-language request, determine which specialized HubSpot agents are needed, and coordinate work across them.

The assistant can generate proposals, reports, and campaign plans while grounding those actions in CRM information rather than operating only from a generic large language model context.

That capability is supported by HubSpot’s redesigned Smart CRM.

The company said calls, emails and meetings can now be captured and synchronized automatically, reducing the amount of manual data entry required to keep customer records current.

Context Home gives organizations a score indicating the completeness of their contextual data and identifies gaps that could reduce the effectiveness of HubSpot’s AI agents.

The broader idea is to create a CRM that continuously refreshes itself as customer and employee interactions occur rather than relying heavily on users to manually update records.

HubSpot is also expanding AI deeper into marketing with a new Marketing Studio.

The product is designed to move marketers from identifying a problem directly into taking action.

Marketing Studio can surface information such as a company’s AI engine optimization visibility score, an underperforming audience segment or leads that entered the funnel but were never contacted.

Users can then ask Breeze Assistant to address the issue, with specialized content and campaign agents helping plan campaigns, create content and personalize nurture sequences for individual contacts.

HubSpot said early Marketing Studio customers are creating 81% more campaigns, while customers using Breeze Assistant generate 2.2 times more leads.

Another significant part of the release is an expansion of HubSpot’s advertising capabilities.

The company said it is becoming the first CRM to integrate with ChatGPT Ads, enabling businesses to reach potential customers while they are researching and making decisions in ChatGPT.

Traffic from those ads can be directed to HubSpot landing pages, with resulting leads automatically captured, enrolled into workflows and attributed alongside other marketing channels.

Microsoft Advertising is also being integrated into HubSpot.

That connection allows marketers to view advertising performance and determine which campaigns are driving pipeline and revenue without leaving the CRM.

Microsoft Advertising can extend campaigns across Bing, Copilot, MSN, Outlook and other Microsoft properties, including audiences connected with verified LinkedIn accounts.

The Fall Spotlight update also expands HubSpot’s AI capabilities for sales teams.

Breeze Assistant can now delegate prospecting activity to an updated Prospecting Agent, which monitors more than 40 buying signals, assembles potential buying groups and creates personalized outreach based on those signals.

HubSpot is attempting to automate more of the administrative work surrounding a sale while allowing representatives to remain focused on customer conversations and closing opportunities.

A new Mobile Notetaker captures sales conversations whether representatives are meeting customers virtually or in person.

HubSpot’s revamped Deal Progression system can use those transcripts to identify CRM updates, draft follow-up communications and keep deal plans current. Changes can then be approved with one click.

HubSpot said customers using its AI sales tools have reduced their time to close by nearly half.

The company is also expanding automation later in the sales cycle through its new Revenue Hub.

When a customer is ready to buy, Revenue Hub can automatically generate a quote using the full context of the deal rather than requiring sales teams to manually transfer information between systems.

HubSpot cited Canadian software company Workleap as an early example, saying the customer used Revenue Hub to move from quote creation to signature in less than 15 minutes.

Taken together, the product release reflects a broader evolution in HubSpot’s AI strategy.

Rather than treating AI as a collection of separate assistants attached to individual applications, HubSpot is attempting to create a system where a central assistant coordinates specialized agents across marketing, sales, and customer operations.

The Smart CRM provides the underlying data, Growth Context supplies the information about a company’s business and customers, and Breeze Assistant provides the interface through which employees can instruct agents to perform work.

That architecture addresses one of the central challenges enterprises face when deploying generative AI: even advanced models can produce limited business value if they lack accurate and continuously updated information about the organization using them.

HubSpot’s strategy is to make the CRM itself the contextual foundation for its agents.

The Fall 2026 release therefore moves the company further from traditional customer relationship management software toward an agentic business platform where AI can both understand customer information and act on it across workflows.

KEY QUOTE:

“We hear from customers every day that they don’t want to think about which AI tools to use, they just want outcomes. So we reimagined HubSpot to be a platform that delivers those outcomes, and everything we unveiled today shows how AI can actually deliver real ROI when it understands your business.”
