HubX Raises $50 Million From Point72 At $1.2 Billion Pre-Money Valuation With Option For Another $25 Million

HubX has raised $50 million from Point72 Private Investments in its first external financing, with Point72 receiving an option to invest another $25 million as the profitable consumer technology company expands its AI-powered product portfolio and acquisition strategy.

The body of the company’s announcement states that the financing was completed at a $1.2 billion pre-money valuation, making HubX what it describes as Türkiye’s first AI-native consumer applications unicorn. The release headline separately references a $1.275 billion pre-money valuation, creating a discrepancy in the supplied source.

HubX was founded in 2022 and has grown without prior external financing.

The company now employs more than 370 people across Izmir and Istanbul and operates more than 40 consumer mobile and web products.

Those products have accumulated more than 600 million downloads across over 190 countries.

HubX plans to deploy the new capital across two primary areas.

The first is continued investment in its existing portfolio, central AI infrastructure and product-development capabilities.

The second is building a global acquisition platform targeting consumer technology companies and product teams with strong engagement and potential for international expansion.

Acquired businesses will gain access to HubX’s centralized AI, data, monetization, marketing and distribution capabilities while retaining their existing product identities and entrepreneurial cultures.

HubX’s products include Nova, Wiser, DaVinci and Lotus Flow, spanning categories such as generative AI, education, health and fitness.

The company’s AI Lab develops models and technologies used across the portfolio.
