HUGO BOSS Supervisory Board Chairman Stephan Sturm will step down from the company’s Supervisory Board effective October 15, 2026. The decision follows discussions related to recent changes in HUGO BOSS’ shareholder structure.
Sturm will continue serving as Chairman until his successor is elected or until his departure from the Supervisory Board, whichever occurs first.
The arrangement is intended to provide continuity while HUGO BOSS identifies its next Supervisory Board leader.
The Supervisory Board is beginning the process of determining both its future chairmanship and Sturm’s replacement as a board member.
The company said it will provide additional information once those decisions have been made.
Sturm joined the HUGO BOSS Supervisory Board following his election at the company’s Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2025.
He was subsequently elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
His departure comes as HUGO BOSS continues executing its CLAIM 5 TOUCHDOWN strategy.
The company’s Supervisory Board said it remains focused on supporting the Managing Board as it implements that strategy and seeks to create long-term shareholder value.
