The deal brings together complementary capabilities across institutional strategy, enrollment and pricing, financial sustainability, and technology-enabled services.

The combined organization said it serves more than 300 colleges and universities nationwide, offering institutions a broader mix of research, planning, and implementation support designed to improve institutional outcomes and student success.

Human Capital Education focuses on enrollment and revenue growth across undergraduate, graduate, online, and adult programs. Its services include enrollment management and recruitment strategy, financial aid optimization and pricing analysis, market and program research, CRM and analytics enablement, and online program strategy and execution.

Kennedy & Company Education Strategies adds expertise in long-range and strategic planning, financial modeling and sustainability, enrollment and pricing strategy, organizational design, and operational effectiveness. The firm also expands the combined company’s CRM implementation footprint across platforms including Salesforce, Slate, Element451, and HubSpot, among others.

The companies said clients will gain deeper access to industry experts and research, along with more integrated strategy, enrollment, and technology support, while continuing to work with existing teams.
