Humankind, the organizational design and leadership consultancy, has acquired The Mintable, an Australia-based leadership training platform backed by Blackbird Ventures. The Mintable is trusted by a range of high-growth companies including Tracksuit, Sharesies, LION and Notion. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Mintable provides cohort-based leadership training programs designed for fast-moving companies, including its flagship Manager Foundations program. The platform meets managers where they are, offering practical tools and frameworks tailored to the realities of scaling organizations. One of the most consistent challenges Humankind observes in growing companies is supporting managers as teams expand, with strong individual contributors often stepping into leadership roles without the tools or support needed to lead effectively on a day-to-day basis.
For Humankind, the acquisition complements its existing work alongside leadership teams designing high-performing organizations. The addition of The Mintable strengthens Humankind’s ability to lift leadership capability at scale, extending its offering beyond organizational design and into structured, ongoing manager development. Together, the combined platform covers both the strategic architecture of high-performing teams and the practical training needed to develop the leaders who run them.
The next Manager Foundations cohort is scheduled to begin on July 22, with Humankind inviting organizations focused on developing confident leaders to get in touch to learn more about the program.
