Huper announced it has raised $1.5 million in pre-seed funding to build what it describes as a security-first AI Chief of Staff designed to help leaders run their organizations with greater clarity, accountability, and trust. The round was backed by Nadia Partners, Link Ventures, and Jim Brown of Long Ridge Equity Partners.
Based in Atlanta, Huper is developing an always-on AI system that securely gathers and synthesizes information across emails, messaging platforms, CRM tools, and other core workflows to generate real-time status updates, track execution, and surface decisions that require leadership attention. The company says its platform is designed to move beyond traditional dashboards and chatbots by delivering strategic insights similar to those of an experienced chief of staff.
At the core of the platform is a proprietary AI Brain that continuously contextualizes information against specific goals and organizational history. Rather than producing surface-level summaries, the system is built to interpret data in context, helping leaders understand what matters most and what actions require intervention.
Huper has also emphasized enterprise-grade security as a foundational element of its product. The platform includes bring-your-own-key encryption, role-based access controls, and customizable data governance policies that allow organizations to determine what data is processed, who can access it, and how it is stored. The company plans to launch an invitation-only alpha on April 15, with a broader public release expected this fall.
The company is targeting a widespread challenge in management inefficiency. According to IDC Research, managers spend 9.3 hours weekly searching for information, while McKinsey & Company has found they lose an average of 25% of their time to administrative tasks. Gallup’s 2025 State of the Global Workplace report estimates a $438 billion annual productivity loss from management inefficiency. Huper aims to reduce this burden by augmenting human decision-making, gathering and organizing information so leaders can focus on higher-level decisions.
Huper was founded by a team with deep experience in enterprise software and cybersecurity. Michael Anton, CEO and co-founder, previously held product leadership roles at Kudelski Security and First Data Corporation, focusing on cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and payments. He founded Huper after experiencing operational bottlenecks while scaling teams across multiple organizations.
Andrew Howard, Chairman and co-founder, previously served as CEO and CTO of Kudelski Security, where he scaled the company into a global cybersecurity operation. A former Laboratory Director at Georgia Tech and consultant at PwC, Howard also serves as co-founder and CEO of Lockchain AI.
Aidan Kehoe, co-founder, is a serial entrepreneur with multiple exits, including SKOUT Cybersecurity, acquired by Barracuda Networks, and Oxford Global, acquired by Willis Towers Watson. He currently serves as Managing Partner at Nadia Partners and is co-founder and Executive Chairman of Lockchain AI.
The company says its combination of operational expertise, enterprise security experience, and firsthand leadership insight positions it to deliver a best-in-class organizational intelligence platform.
KEY QUOTES:
“Every leader I’ve ever worked with has the same problem – they spend their best hours chasing status updates instead of actually leading their businesses. We built Huper to fix that. Not another dashboard, not another chatbot. A chief of staff that knows what’s happening across your entire organization and tells you what needs your attention before you have to ask.”
Michael Anton, CEO and Co-Founder, Huper
“I am so excited about Huper, my own life has been transformed. I now have all things I care about managed in a single platform. I don’t need to prompt it, it prompts me, which means I get back the one thing money can’t buy, TIME.”
Aidan Kehoe, Co-Founder, Huper
