Huspy has acquired Italian credit intermediary Integra Finance, marking the real estate technology company’s entry into Italy. Huspy plans to invest $86 million (AED 315 million) in the Italian market as it expands its mortgage finance and real estate operations. The purchase price for Integra Finance was not disclosed.

Founded in Dubai in 2020, Huspy provides technology and services to real estate agents and mortgage consultants. Italy becomes its fourth market, alongside the United Arab Emirates, Spain, and Saudi Arabia. The company operates in 15 cities across those markets.

Integra Finance, also founded in 2020, has more than 160 advisors and relationships with over 50 banking, financial, and insurance partners. Its services include mortgages, personal and business financing, and insurance offered through its subsidiary Bicher. Huspy plans to combine that local network with its AI-based technology to support brokers and simplify the homebuying and financing process.

The acquisition is Huspy’s fifth in credit intermediation, according to the company. Huspy previously acquired Home Matters in the United Arab Emirates in 2021 and Mortgage Direct in Spain in 2023. During 2026 and 2027, it plans to develop its Italian business, enter additional European and Middle Eastern markets, and strengthen operations in its existing markets.

Huspy said it has raised approximately $200 million from investors since its founding and currently facilitates about $1 billion in transactions per month. Those figures describe the company’s broader business and prior fundraising; the announced $86 million is a planned investment in Italy, not a new funding round.
