Huspy has acquired Dubai-based luxury real estate brokerage LuxuryX as the AI-native real estate technology company expands deeper into premium property and prepares to launch a new luxury brand called Huspy Signature.
The acquisition brings LuxuryX’s team of specialist property consultants and more than two decades of luxury market leadership experience into Huspy’s UAE real estate operation.
LuxuryX was founded by Patrick Hayden and focuses on Dubai’s luxury residential market.
Hayden has more than 20 years of experience across Dubai, Australia and the U.K., including high-end transactions and long-term client advisory.
The acquisition follows significant growth for Huspy’s UAE business.
Since January 2026, the company’s real estate brokerage network has grown by 75%, increasing its presence across high-end Dubai communities including Dubai Marina, The Meadows and The Lakes.
Huspy also recently recorded its strongest month to date across revenue, transactions, listings, viewings, offers, conversion rates, conveyancing and recruitment.
The company strengthened its position at the upper end of the market by completing what it described as Palm Jebel Ali’s highest recorded resale transaction at AED 49 million.
The LuxuryX transaction comes as the UAE property market continues to grow.
Dubai recorded AED 252 billion in real estate transactions during the first quarter of 2026, representing a 31% year-over-year increase in value, according to figures cited by Huspy.
Abu Dhabi transaction value reached AED 117 billion during the first half of 2026, up 112% year over year, while foreign direct investment increased 309% to AED 13.8 billion.
LuxuryX will also play an important role in the planned launch of Huspy Signature.
The luxury platform is expected to debut next month and will feature a curated portfolio of properties and investment opportunities across markets including Dubai, Milan, Madrid, Marbella, Barcelona and Ibiza.
Huspy Signature will combine specialist property advisory with access to Huspy’s mortgage partner services, targeting high-net-worth buyers, investors and property owners.
Technology remains a major component of Huspy’s growth strategy.
The company recently launched Huspy 2.0, an AI-native application that integrates listing management, pipeline visibility, buyer matching, instant property valuations, market intelligence and AI assistance into a single agent workflow.
Huspy now operates in 15 cities across the UAE, Spain, Saudi Arabia and Italy and employs more than 500 people.
The company has raised approximately $200 million since its founding in Dubai in 2020 from investors including Sequoia Capital, Balderton Capital, Founders Fund and Fifth Wall.
Huspy currently facilitates approximately $1 billion of transactions each month and says it handles approximately 25% of residential mortgages in the UAE.
