I-care Group Invests $25 Million In U.S. Subsidiary To Accelerate Expansion

I-care Group has invested $25 million in its U.S. subsidiary, I-care Reliability, to expand its commercial and operational presence across the United States. The investment reinforces the Belgian company’s long-term commitment to one of its largest industrial growth markets.

The funding will support the expansion of I-care Reliability’s engineering, reliability, sales and marketing teams. Building larger local teams is expected to help the company work more closely with U.S. customers and respond faster to their operational requirements.

I-care provides predictive maintenance and industrial reliability solutions designed to identify equipment problems before they cause failures. Its technology monitors machinery, analyzes operating data and alerts customers to conditions that may require maintenance.

Predictive maintenance can help industrial companies reduce unplanned downtime, extend equipment life and schedule repairs more efficiently. The approach differs from reactive maintenance, where organizations wait for machinery to fail before addressing a problem.

I-care said U.S. industrial companies increasingly want providers that combine monitoring technology with engineering expertise, reliability services and ongoing operational support. The investment will help its American subsidiary deliver those capabilities through a stronger local presence.

The expansion is also intended to accelerate the adoption of predictive maintenance across U.S. manufacturing and other industrial sectors. I-care believes its platform can help customers improve reliability, productivity and sustainability by reducing equipment failures and unnecessary maintenance.

I-care’s technology portfolio includes Wi-care vibration sensors and the I-see analytics platform. Wi-care collects equipment condition data, while I-see uses artificial intelligence to analyze information and generate actionable maintenance insights.

The company monitors hundreds of thousands of machines worldwide. Its technology can also send information to external enterprise systems, allowing customers to incorporate equipment health data into broader maintenance and operational workflows.

The latest investment follows more than $50 million that I-care has committed over the past several years to technology development and manufacturing. Those investments supported Wi-care, I-see and a new Internet of Things manufacturing facility in Belgium.

I-care said the investments have expanded its innovation capabilities and strengthened its manufacturing footprint. They have also supported the company’s international expansion across more than 55 countries.

Founded in Belgium in 2004, I-care employs more than 1,000 professionals across over 35 offices in more than 15 countries. The company achieved a valuation exceeding $1 billion in 2025.
