iBase-t Names Andrew Varghese As CFO

iBase-t appointed Andrew Varghese as CFO as the company expands its AI-native digital manufacturing and sustainment software platform for aerospace and defense customers. Varghese joins iBase-t as the company increases investment in its platform, expands its artificial intelligence capabilities, and pursues additional growth across the aerospace and defense market.

He brings experience in strategic finance, private equity, industrial software, and value creation.

For more than a decade, Varghese has worked as both a private equity investor and operating executive within the industrial SaaS sector.

His experience includes partnering with founders and executive teams to develop financial discipline and operating infrastructure needed to scale software businesses.

Most recently, Varghese served as CFO of Irth Solutions.

During his tenure, Irth grew annual recurring revenue by more than threefold while achieving strong profitability.

Varghese also helped lead the company through its eventual sale to a global growth equity firm.

iBase-t has developed manufacturing and maintenance, repair, and overhaul software for aerospace and defense customers for nearly four decades.

The company sees additional growth opportunities as aerospace and defense manufacturers expand production capacity, modernize operations, and adopt more advanced digital and AI capabilities.
