ICF, a global consulting and technology services provider, has appointed senior vice president Kyle Wiggins as the new leader of its energy, environment, and infrastructure client market, marking a key leadership transition as the company continues to expand amid rising energy demand.
Wiggins succeeds Anne Choate, who earlier this year was named president of the company. In his new role, Wiggins will oversee a multidisciplinary team serving commercial, federal, state and local clients across ICF’s utility, energy, environment, infrastructure and disaster management portfolios.
He previously led the company’s utility program and services division within its energy, environment, and infrastructure segment for six years. During that period, the division achieved record growth and reinforced its position as a leading provider of demand management, electrification, and energy efficiency programs for utilities across North America.
ICF’s chair and chief executive officer said the leadership change comes as growing energy demand continues to influence the scale and pace of the company’s work in the sector. With more than two decades of experience in energy and extensive operational expertise, Wiggins has played a central role in driving growth within the market, the CEO noted.
The company said demand for its energy and infrastructure expertise across client segments is at an all-time high, as organizations navigate a period of rapid transition. Wiggins said ICF is well-positioned to support clients through these changes and deliver increased value at what he described as a pivotal moment for the industry.
Founded in 1969, ICF employs approximately 9,000 people globally. The company combines industry expertise with digital, data, and engagement capabilities to help public and private sector clients address complex challenges.
