Ideagen, a global provider of software solutions for regulated industries, announced it has acquired Work Wallet, a UK-based developer of mobile-first environmental, health, and safety software. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The addition strengthens Ideagen’s EHS capabilities across EMEA and the Americas, complementing its existing solutions and giving Work Wallet customers access to Ideagen’s AI capabilities built for compliance environments. Work Wallet’s mobile-first architecture is designed for rapid deployment in field-based operations where workers need immediate access to safety tools without reliable connectivity, helping organizations transition from paper-based processes or fragmented digital systems to connected digital capability with real-time data visibility. The platform will remain branded as Work Wallet in the UK for a period of time but will launch immediately in the Americas as part of Ideagen’s EHS suite. Work Wallet’s G-Cloud 14 approval combined with Ideagen’s FedRAMP certification will give customers access to government-grade security standards.
Ideagen serves more than 18,000 companies and close to two million daily users, including more than 250 global aviation organizations, nine of the top 10 global aerospace and defense corporations, the top ten accounting firms, 75 percent of global pharmaceutical companies, 2,000 hospital and healthcare centers, 60 percent of the top 20 global food and drink companies, and more than 1,000 government organizations.
