Evolution Of iGrafx’s Technology

“In recent years, the company technology has been focused on providing the most user-friendly SaaS application for our clients, with a deep understanding that the user population has also evolved. Today, everyone deserves access to this process intelligence to make their job more effective.”
Significant Milestones
What have been some of iGrafx’s most significant milestones? Wentzo cited:
“One of the most recent significant milestones was the acquisition of the French company, logpickr, for their process mining product. When you integrate process mining into a process modeling environment, you’re merging the power of real-world process insights with the conceptual framework of designed processes. This combination allows organizations to get an accurate depiction of how their operations truly run, as opposed to relying on manual assumptions or outdated information. It empowers businesses to perform a gap analysis, contrasting the actual processes with the ideal ones and highlighting discrepancies and inefficiencies. This not only facilitates continuous improvement but also enhances visualization, enabling a clearer understanding of bottlenecks and process flows.”
“With process mining, organizations gain access to objective performance metrics, aiding in measuring improvements and refining strategies over time. Moreover, the real-world data extracted aids in more realistic simulations, leading to accurate predictions about potential process changes. Our clients are more likely to engage when presented with a clear, data-backed representation of processes. Furthermore, process mining offers a robust tool for compliance and auditing, ensuring adherence to regulations and identifying deviations. It streamlines resource allocation, promotes quicker ROI realization, and offers seamless integration with other enterprise systems. By marrying process mining with process modeling, businesses get a comprehensive view, driving more effective, data-informed process improvements.”
Differentiation From The Competition
What differentiates the company from its competition? Wentzo affirmed:
“We are establishing ourselves as a new category leader in the field of process intelligence. In doing so, we recognize the critical importance of time to our clients. Our every development is guided by this focus: delivering the best ROI in the shortest time possible. This achievement is made possible because of our unwavering commitment to understanding our customers.”
“We are also focused on understanding our customers’ needs. We continuously engage in conversations with customers, gathering feedback and identifying additional ways our software can help. We leverage advanced technology, including machine learning and AI, to ensure our products offer the highest quality experience and enable customers to truly understand how their business processes are performing and find opportunities to make impactful improvements.”
“We continue to invest heavily in process intelligence and bring decades of experience working with thousands of customers across the globe – this has helped us create a highly intuitive solution, accelerating process discovery and analysis that provides rapid ROI.”
“By integrating process mining, simulation, predictive analysis, and advanced process design, customers have the technology necessary to understand and analyze their current state, predict future process performance, and design optimal processes that drive better business outcomes. The fusion of process intelligence and process design is essential, as both components are required to make a meaningful impact based on real-time data – many of our competitors don’t offer the breadth that we do.”
Funding/Revenue
After asking Wentzo about the company’s funding information, he replied:
“To avoid disclosing any non-public information, I have to say that we have been fortunate to be backed by a private equity firm like Banneker Partners who understand our vision and who have been an amazing investment partner. In terms of revenue growth, we are aiming at a steady 30% to 40% per year, which could be accelerated by some potential acquisitions.”
