IGT has appointed Adam Chibib as Chief Financial Officer as the gaming and financial technology company focuses on operating discipline, portfolio performance and stronger cash flow generation. Chibib will become CFO on November 1, 2026, subject to required regulatory approvals.
He succeeds Fabio Celadon, who will remain CFO through October 31 before serving as an adviser through the end of 2026 to support the leadership transition.
Chibib brings more than three decades of financial and operating leadership spanning public companies, private equity-backed businesses, gaming and high-growth technology organizations. He has contributed to six successful exits during his career.
Most recently, Chibib was CFO of Raptor Technologies, which was acquired by Warburg Pincus in January 2026 following a transformation under Thoma Bravo and JMI Equity ownership.
His previous gaming experience is particularly notable.
As President and CFO of Multimedia Games, Chibib helped double the company’s revenue and triple profitability. IGT said Multimedia Games’ market capitalization increased from approximately $47 million to more than $1 billion during that period before the company was acquired for $1.2 billion.
Chibib later served as Chairman and Audit Committee Chair of playAGS through its 2025 acquisition. His earlier finance roles included positions at Self Financial, NetSpend and several technology businesses.
At IGT, Chibib will lead the global Finance organization and help connect financial strategy, capital allocation and operating execution.
The company is pursuing a transformation spanning Gaming, Digital and FinTech. IGT was formed through the combination of International Game Technology PLC’s Gaming & Digital business with Everi Holdings and offers gaming machines and systems, iGaming, sports betting, cash-access technology, loyalty products and player-engagement solutions.
