IKS Health has announced the strategic acquihire of ThinkDTM, bringing its founder Tij Bedi and a team of AI and product design specialists into the organization.
As part of the transaction, Bedi will take on the role of Executive Vice President and General Manager of Patient Access and Innovation at IKS Health. His team will help expand and transform the company’s patient access solutions, including scheduling, registration, demographic capture, insurance eligibility verification, and prior authorizations.
The acquihire is aimed at strengthening IKS Health’s capabilities in AI-driven healthcare operations, particularly as the company continues investing in agentic AI and human-in-the-loop systems. The integration of ThinkDTM’s expertise is expected to accelerate innovation, enhance platform capabilities, and support the development of differentiated solutions for healthcare providers and patients.
According to Sachin K. Gupta, the addition of Bedi and his team aligns with the company’s broader strategy to address complex healthcare challenges through a combination of AI and human expertise. The move also positions IKS Health to pursue new strategic partnerships and market opportunities driven by advanced technology.
