Imaginuity Subsidiary Acquires Adwerx Platform To Expand Ad Automation Capabilities

By Amit Chowdhry ● Nov 6, 2025

Imaginuity, a Dallas-based performance marketing company that supports franchise and multi-location brands, announced that one of its subsidiaries has acquired a digital advertising automation platform from Adwerx. The platform has long served real estate, mortgage, and other distributed organizations. And it will continue to operate with the same team of approximately 40 employees who have been supporting more than 12,000 users of the service.

The acquisition strengthens Imaginuity’s strategy to expand product-led growth and deliver scalable, personalized advertising solutions across large networks of professionals and locations. The Adwerx platform has been widely adopted across regulated and compliance-driven sectors, where brand consistency and transparency are essential. The platform supports advertising delivery across connected TV, premium web environments, social channels, and digital out-of-home placements.

The technology will integrate with Imaginuity’s performance-focused platforms, including its proprietary Pylot CMS and AdScience performance intelligence engine. Together, these platforms aim to help franchise systems and distributed organizations centralize customer acquisition, conversion, and retention within a single, unified performance infrastructure.

Leadership from the Imaginuity subsidiary emphasized that the acquisition will enable the company to deliver always-on, brand-safe, and hyper-personalized digital advertising across national, regional, and individual operator levels. The integration of the platform is currently underway and will continue progressing through 2026.
