Impact Climate Technologies (ICT), an HVAC holding company, has acquired Larry Wunsch & Associates, Inc. (LWA), a commercial HVAC and plumbing equipment representative and distributor based in San Antonio, Texas.
Founded in 1985, LWA represents and distributes hydronic products from a range of manufacturers to consulting engineers, contractors, supply houses, end users, and military installations. The company operates from facilities in San Antonio and Austin and is known for technical expertise, long-standing customer relationships, and a service-focused approach.
ICT said LWA will continue to operate under its existing name and leadership, maintaining its culture and customer focus. Under the partnership, ICT plans to provide strategic, operational, and sales resources intended to support growth and expand capabilities.
The acquisition extends ICT’s presence in Texas and aligns with its strategy of partnering with established HVAC organizations with a long-term commitment to service and performance. ICT is a portfolio company of Ardian, a private investment firm that manages or advises $150 billion in assets on behalf of more than 1,400 clients globally.
