Impact Climate Technologies announced that it has promoted Bob Toupin to Chief Information Officer, effective November 1, 2025. With this appointment, Toupin joins the company’s executive leadership team and will lead its ongoing digital transformation efforts.

Toupin brings extensive experience in enterprise leadership, including track records in operations, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and managing complex integrations. He is also an active leader in the Atlanta technology community and serves on several boards and advisory councils, including his role as Chairman of the Board for Tech Alpharetta and as a member of the Executive Advisory Board for Atlanta Technology Professionals.
