Impeccable has named co-founder Carlos Boozer Chief Growth Officer, moving the former NBA All-Star and Olympic gold medalist into a full-time operating role across the company’s real estate and restaurant businesses. The appointment expands Boozer’s involvement as Impeccable continues growing throughout the Southeast.
In the new position, Boozer will work across Impeccable Capital’s portfolio, including Impeccable Development and Impeccable Restaurant Group. His responsibilities include strengthening the companies’ public presence, developing strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, participating in executive planning, and working directly with leaders across the investment, development, and restaurant operations.
The company said Boozer will also focus on investor relationships, qualified introductions, new business lines, conferences, speaking engagements, media appearances, restaurant visits, and community engagement. Impeccable sees the role as a way to connect Boozer’s public profile and existing relationships more directly with the commercial priorities of the business.
Boozer played 13 NBA seasons with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Utah Jazz, Chicago Bulls, and Los Angeles Lakers. He represented the United States at the 2004 and 2008 Olympic Games, winning bronze in Athens and gold in Beijing. The two-time NBA All-Star was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame as part of the class of 2025.
Impeccable Development has more than 25 active projects, representing approximately 2 million square feet developed or under development. The company said 2027 and 2028 are shaping up as an active expansion period, with acquisitions, new brands, strategic partnerships, and tenant announcements expected across its real estate and restaurant portfolio.
The new role formalizes Boozer’s involvement in the company’s next phase of expansion, combining his profile, relationships, and operating responsibilities with Impeccable’s existing development platform. The company expects him to help identify growth opportunities while supporting partnerships and new market expansion.
