Imperial Dade announced that its Canadian division has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Enterprise Paper Holdings, strengthening its presence in the foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies market across Western Canada. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1973, Enterprise Paper is a Canadian-owned distributor serving customers in British Columbia and Alberta, with a reputation for its broad product range, knowledgeable sales team, and customer-focused service model. The acquisition will integrate Enterprise Paper into Imperial Dade’s platform, expanding product offerings and operational capabilities for customers across the region.

The combined business will improve service levels and give you access to a wider portfolio of packaging and janitorial solutions. Imperial Dade continues to pursue strategic acquisitions to grow its distribution network and strengthen its market position across North America.

The transaction also reflects Imperial Dade’s continued expansion strategy in Canada, following prior investments aimed at building a leading platform in the foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies sectors.
